Every compression team member at Active Life has received personalized training from Jeanine Doty, CPO, RN, a well known lymphedema and vascular compression therapy expert in the Los Angeles area.  Additionally, all Active Life compression fitters receive special training and certification from a variety of garment manufacturers.  Examples of services/products offered by our fitters include custom and ready-tp-wear vascular and lymphedema garments from BSN-Jobst, Juzo, Sigvaris and Mediven.  Lymphedema night garments (Jovipak, Circaid, Solaris and Reidsleeve), and burn scar treatment garments are also considered specialties of Active Life.  All fitters are also trained in fitting and evaluation of post-mastectomy breast prostheses and accessories, as well as maternity supports.



Biography: 

Patty began her medical career in 1997 as a medical assistant. In 2003, Patty officially began employment with Active Life and since that time has grown to be one of Active Life's strongest compression clinicians and most tenured.  Patty takes pride and joy knowing that her clinical experience, knowledge and outcomes positively impact so many patients lives.  In addition, Patty has gained the trust of many physical therapists that treat lymphedema, burns and other vascular issues, and these therapists rely on Pattys knowledge to help develop the best treatment plan for their patients.
